Just remove the chrome ball topper and insert the flagpole adapter into the flagpole. The adapter will hold the swivel rubber ring “B” in place also. The light for on top of the pole came covered in extra silicone from sealing it making it hard to see the light in some sections. Just overall lack of attention to detail on the solar light.

A little loose on the fit into top of pole. Electrical tape around end of beacon tighten it up enough to not flop around.
